Blair Gourlay Joinery & Construction is a Dumfries-based building firm that takes projects all the way from first design through to final finish. We started on the tools as joiners, and that eye for detail still runs through everything we build — new homes, extensions, renovations and conversions across Dumfries & Galloway.

What sets us apart is that we manage every trade in-house. You get one point of contact and one team accountable for the whole job, so there's never any confusion over who's doing what. With over 10 years building homes in the region, we've earned a reputation for tidy sites, honest timescales and work that lasts.

We're fully insured, and we treat every home as if it were our own. Whether it's a single room or a complete new build, we'd be glad to talk it through.
